Civil Engineer specializing in Roads, Canals, and Ports with over 25 years of experience leading projects in highways, urban pavements, and major infrastructures. Throughout my career, I have managed multidisciplinary teams in demanding environments, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines and budgets on every project.
My technical education is complemented by a Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, PMP® certification in project management, and an MBA, which have provided me with a strong strategic vision and customer focus. This combination enables me to approach projects from a comprehensive perspective, blending technical rigor, operational efficiency, and sustainable territorial impact.
My passion is turning ideas into durable and functional infrastructures by applying innovation, BIM methodology, and best practices at every stage—from feasibility study to final delivery. I strongly believe in transparent communication, effective coordination with all stakeholders, and fostering collaborative teams that maximize technical and economic value for the client.
International Strategic Consulting
For several years, I have served as an international strategic consultant in West Africa, where I have led business development initiatives, market expansion, and the execution of major infrastructure projects in countries such as Nigeria and Sierra Leone.
My responsibilities include the creation and formalization of local business structures, opening institutional markets, negotiating with public and multilateral organizations, forming joint ventures, leading multidisciplinary teams, and managing finances with African banking institutions. I have fully coordinated all phases of major contracts: procurement, monitoring, certification, and payment collection.
During this period, I have led key projects in social housing, educational infrastructures, and road networks, with individual budgets exceeding 90 million euros. I have also developed strategic consulting for public administrations, including:
Long-term road planning studies (10-year horizon).
Urban mobility assessments in regional capitals.
Strategies for enhancing existing networks and sustainable planning.
This experience has provided me with a strong international perspective, as well as skills in project management in complex contexts, institutional negotiation, intercultural leadership, and technical-strategic development of infrastructures with territorial impact.
